Very suddenly at Eastleigh House Care Home, Peterculter, on Monday, September 28, 2026, Hamish, aged 86 years. Much loved and loving husband of Connie (nee Smith), cherished dad of Deborah and Angela, devoted granda to Kieran and his wife Hannah, Cameron and his partner Jess, and very proud great granda to Heidi. Hamish is the last surviving son of the late George and Mary Shand, Ballogie, missed by his sister Ada and sisters-in-law Tina and Yvonne, and greatly missed by all his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was also a good friend to many. Funeral service in Baldarroch Crematorium, Crathes, on Thursday, October 15, at 11.30am to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please but donations welcome at the chapel exit to Eastleigh Residents Fund.
