Peacefully at Pitcairn Lodge, Skene on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, William (Bill) Brown Quirie, aged 88 years. Much loved husband of the late Helen, father to Hazel, grandfather to Rachel, dear friend and 'mechanic' to many, a proud 'Finzean loon' to the end. Bill’s family would like to thank the staff at Glen O’ Dee Hospital, Pitcairn Lodge, Banchory Group Practice and Skene Medical Group for their care of Bill, to Andrew and Craig at Brian Smith Funeral Services for their care, compassion and guidance and lastly to thank all his dear friends who thoughtfully visited Bill throughout his time at both Glen O' Dee and Pitcairn.
