Very suddenly, at home, on Monday, January 5, 2026, Douglas Robertson Brown (Doug), retired Police Inspector, sadly passed away, aged 79 years. Dearly loved Husband of Evelyn, adored Dad of Julie and Debbie, a much-respected Father-in-Law to Andrew, the most cherished, best ever Grandad to Jamie, Ashleigh, Neave and Jake, a much-loved Brother, Uncle and friend to many. Funeral service to be held in Aberdeen Crematorium, Hazlehead (West Chapel) on Wednesday, January 21 at 1.15pm to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu may be given at the chapel door to the Scottish Police Benevolent Fund.
