INKSTER (Ballater)

Peacefully at home on Monday, February 12, 2024, Lieutenant Colonel (T.I.G) Hugh Kirkness “Jock” Inkster, Royal Artillery, aged 97 years. Beloved husband to Helen and the late Ailsa, dear father to Alaister, father-in-law to Viv, stepfather, grandfather, great grandfather and loyal friend to many. Funeral service at Glenmuick Parish Church, Ballater on Monday February 26 at 12noon thereafter to Bridge of Gairn Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited, please wear bright colours. Family flowers only please but donations if desired, in aid of Ballater Health Clinic Amenities and Aboyne Community Nurses Comfort Fund at Hughs own request. Sorely missed by all.
